PTAH/Arduino

Arduino screenshot. All's well, or appears to be. Serial port set to COM3. Software controls board LED with BLINK no problem.

MIDI keyboard transmitting on channel 3 fine, Serial Port COM3 recieves error message on initialisation: Error: Serial: Specified port not available.
COM1 initialises with no error.
