AA1 Sem2, Wk10: Additive Synthesis
Armed with this week’s readings and a sketch of the setup shown in class, I set forth, opened Plogue Bidule and was making noise in no time (getting there). So, copy and paste more oscillators and things start to get spicy as the waves splish and splash against each other, squishing strange wave shapes and sidebands. Why stop there? Why not add 5 more? Then another 5?
Consequently, I ended up with 15 oscillators battling it out. Would have kept going but my computer started getting groggy at this point. Creating the parameters user panel was a nightmare.
